Skip Tracing:
We also provide basic skip trace services if it is determined the subject no longer resides at the address provided. The fee for this service is $35.00 in addition to any other services provided. This fee can be initiated upon receipt of service or added anytime throughout the duration of service but must be requested in writing.
Demand and Delivery:
A non-court demand letter is a formal, written notice sent to a person or business demanding payment or action before you resort to filing a lawsuit. It serves as your final attempt to resolve a dispute outside of the judicial system. These work for Pre-Eviction, Return of Property, Breach of Contract, Collections, etc. The fee for this service is $80.00
